Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with www.vestiqueshop.us. We strive to provide high quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your return and exchange options.

Return Window

You may return most eligible merchandise for store credit within 15 calendar days of the date you receive your order. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card emailed to the address associated with your purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be received and processed.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in new condition with all original tags attached;
  • Items cannot be worn, washed, altered, or damaged;
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or packing slip).

If returned items do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return and, if required, send the items back to you at your expense.

Final Sale Items

Certain categories of merchandise are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Final Sale items include:

  • Sale items
  • Items marked 40% off or greater
  • Bodysuits
  • Earrings
  • Gift cards
  • Hats & hair accessories
  • Intimates & adhesive bras
  • Sunglasses

Shoe Returns

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box, which should be placed inside a separate shipping box to protect the shoe box during transit. Returns that include the original shoe box with visible labels or tape may not be processed.

Swimwear Returns

Swimwear may be returned or exchanged for store credit, provided the following criteria are met:

  • The hygienic strip is still in place;
  • The item has not been worn, washed, or altered;
  • The return or exchange request is initiated within 15 days of receipt.

Return Shipping Methods

You may return or exchange items in person at any Vestique store location. Please bring your merchandise along with the original invoice or receipt to complete the return or exchange.

If shipping your return by mail, you have two options:

  • If you purchased the prepaid return service at checkout, you may ship your return at no additional cost within the 15-day return window; a prepaid label will be provided through our returns portal.
  • If you did not purchase return shipping at checkout, you may still return items by mail, but a $7 return shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover label costs.

All original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

International returns may be sent at your expense using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to our return facility.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items you wish to replace with a different size, color, or style. To process an exchange:

  • Initiate the exchange through our returns and exchanges portal;
  • Select the replacement item and complete any payment for price differences, if applicable;
  • Once your return is in transit, we will ship the replacement and send tracking information via email.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to arrange the appropriate resolution, including replacement or store credit.

Store Credit Issuance

Store credits are issued in the form of an electronic gift card emailed to you after your return is processed. Store credit does not expire and may be used toward future purchases at www.vestiqueshop.us. Original shipping charges and return shipping fees (if applicable) are deducted from the total credit issued.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns & Exchanges Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
