Order Processing Time

We work diligently to get your order out quickly. Most orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time on business days (Monday through Friday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends, or holidays will typically begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are generally guaranteed to ship within 2 business days of placement. Please note that processing times are separate from transit times, and actual delivery dates depend on your selected shipping method.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

You can choose from multiple shipping options at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimated based on the method you select:

  • USPS First Class – Estimated 2–6 business days for lightweight orders
  • USPS Priority / UPS Ground – Estimated 2–6 business days
  • FedEx 2-Day – Estimated 2 business days
  • FedEx Overnight – Estimated 1 business day
  • International Shipping – Delivery times vary by country and carrier and do not include duties, taxes, or customs fees

Actual delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, carrier volume, or unforeseen disruptions beyond our control. Delivery estimates begin once an order has shipped, not from the date the order is placed.

Free Shipping

We offer **free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75**. The free shipping offer applies only to the standard shipping method and is automatically applied at checkout when your order subtotal meets the threshold.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees for orders under the free shipping threshold, expedited shipping methods, and international shipping are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.

Address Accuracy & Reshipment Fees

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

In-Store Pickup

If the In-Store Pickup option is available in your area, you may choose to pick up your order at a designated store location at no additional charge. Orders must be placed at least four hours before store closing to qualify for same-day pickup during normal business hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number from the carrier. Tracking information typically becomes available within 24 hours of shipment. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend first checking around your delivery location and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate your order, contact us, and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. Shipments may be delayed due to factors outside our control.

International Shipping Note

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by the local customs authority upon delivery. Contact your local customs office for details before placing your order.
